Our Story

At Latino Outsourcing, our journey began with a small family-owned business in Southern California grappling with staffing challenges during the difficult economic times of the 2020 pandemic. With a limited local talent pool and soaring wages, overhead, and insurance costs, we were forced to rethink how businesses could operate effectively.

We tested our concept within our family business, starting with one remote employee. That single hire soon became two, and eventually, we transitioned to an entirely remote team. Driven by a lack of job applicants and need, we risked the future of our family business to prove this model's potential.
